What flooring have you all found to hold up in Chemistry labs? Ours are painted concrete and they need to be refreshed. I’m concerned that chemicals might destroy LVT and maybe even epoxy. I’m interested both in what works and what you have found that doesn’t work.

We’ve used VCT – Armstrong Stonetex. We have this installed in some 30+ year old chemistry teaching labs and it’s held up very well! We have a project to upgrade a couple of the lab spaces to ADA and plan to patch the existing as needed.
