Hey all, looking for recommendations for durable furniture for common areas (lobby, shared living spaces, shared kitchen) for some of our older residence halls. I use so much JSI and OFS in other halls, looking for something new and exciting, trying to break out of my usual stuff. We use Sauder and Allseating Exchange in the suites, so want something more unique for these spaces. Any suggestions will be great!

I have used some Coalesse, specifically really recommend the Bob chair in a high and low back. It really breaks up the look of the full “blockier” (if you will) full-arm paneled pieces. It has an aluminum base and flared arms and I find that students really like them. We have also used the Lagunitas lounges, both as booths and as stand-alone lounges. I do not put those in areas with hard surface flooring since the fabric does essentially go directly on the floor.
